Year 2 - Day 194 - July 14

Today was the first day of our summer crop share. Mike has been interested in doing this for awhile, but I don't eat enough of the leafy greens to make the spring part worth it. I can help with the summer foods! Although if we weren't going away at the crack of dawn on Sunday, it'd be easier. :) We got 13 ears of corn, a bag of green beans, 5 peaches, a giant tomato, 2 candy onions, 1 red onion, a head of red cabbage and a cantaloupe. Since we're going away, I took the smallest versions of everything available... but it will still be hard this week!
