These are Stikki Dots. They are spectacular. You need a poster to stick to cinder blocks? Don't buy that sticky tack silly putty stuff. That will just make your poster fall down over the weekend and set off the motion detector and make the custodian have to come to school. (Hasn't happened to me, but it's happened in the building!) Stick with Stikki brand. The stuff is amazing! There are clips too - I do have them - but the dots are great just on their own as well.
Caution - you will have to wash your hands afterwards, because this stuff leaves a residue that is even worse than braces wax. But that's why it works so well! :)
