Year 2 - Day 169 - June 19
Many moons ago, this quick & easy version of baked brie started making an appearance at parties. I asked for the recipe when I helped host a shower last year and whipped it out again today for father's day at my bro&sis-in-law's house. It isn't as pretty as the last one I made, but it got the job done and it was quickly polished off, so I guess it tastes good. :) I don't eat it, but it's nice to have something to bring that people like!

I love the plate! It's totally the same pattern of plates we ate off of the entire time I was growing up.
