This ugly spot has been on our bathroom ceiling since we moved in. I have always assumed it was an ugly patch job over the textured ceiling. That is until this morning when it started dripping! Luckily, a plumber came over, found the problem, and fixed it. An elbow joint had come off a pipe. I'm guessing it had happened before and that's why the mark was there.
So now that the source of the problem is taken care off, we need to do something about the ugly ceiling!
