Year 2 - Day 128 - May 9

Do you know how many McDonalds there are in this world?  According to Wikipedia, it’s over 32,000.  My point, though, is that there are SO many of these restaurants that it’s not inconvenient at all for them to close for months at a time.  For the last several years, many of the restaurants in the area have closed, been knocked all the way down to the foundation, and rebuilt.  I find it amazing that the company has so many franchises and so much money that this is a profitable activity.
